Wedding Planning Designed Around Your Story
Planning your wedding should feel exciting — not overwhelming. Bella & I Do manages every detail so you can enjoy every moment leading up to your day.

A wedding day that feels like you, from the first look to the last dance
Your wedding is more than a single day — it's a weekend of moments, meals, toasts, and quiet in-between minutes that deserve to feel intentional. Bella & I Do plans weddings the way you'd host in your own home: warmly, precisely, and with a real eye for how you and your people actually want to spend the day.
We specialize in Southern Oregon weddings — vineyard ceremonies in the Applegate Valley, garden receptions in Jacksonville, riverside elopements on the Rogue, and full-scale celebrations at private estates and boutique venues across the Rogue Valley. Wherever you're saying yes, we shape the day around your story, not a template.
From your first Pinterest board to your grand exit, Bella is your single point of contact. That means one warm, organized voice on every vendor call, one master timeline everyone works from, and one person making sure the flowers arrive, the toasts land on time, and the cake table looks exactly the way you dreamed it.
The result is a wedding day where you're fully present — not answering questions in your wedding dress, not chasing a florist, not worried about the tent flap. Just soaking in your people, your vows, and the celebration you've been building all year.
Every detail, held for you.

The details you'll feel, even if you don't see them.
These are the small, quiet moves that make a Bella & I Do celebration feel different from the inside — every one included at no extra cost.
The 5-minute reset
Bella pulls the couple aside for a quiet five minutes after the ceremony — champagne, appetizers, and a moment to actually breathe before the reception rushes in.
Vendor meal & timing chart
We build a per-vendor meal window into the timeline so photography, DJ, and catering are all fed at exactly the right moment — nobody's holding a plate at the wrong time.
Emergency kit on standby
Safety pins, stain pen, sewing kit, backup boutonnière pins, phone chargers, and the tiny fixes nobody thinks about until they need them.
Personal send-off styling
Sparklers, glow sticks, dried lavender, or hand-held ribbons — whatever your grand exit calls for, styled and cued to the second.
Extras our clients love.
Optional additions we scope, price, and manage alongside your core package.
Rehearsal dinner styling
Menu, tablescape, and toast cueing for the night before — treated with the same care as the wedding itself.
Welcome party
A styled Friday-night gathering to greet out-of-town guests, from patio cocktails to backyard pizza dinners.
Farewell brunch

Transparent, custom pricing.

Good questions, honest answers.
- How far in advance should we book our wedding planner?
- For full planning, 9–18 months out is ideal. Partial planning tends to book 4–6 months out, and month-of coordination books 6–12 weeks before the wedding — earlier for peak summer and early-fall dates in Southern Oregon.
- Do you offer day-of coordination?
- Yes. Our Month-Of / Day-Of package kicks off 4–6 weeks before your wedding. We confirm every vendor, build your master timeline, run rehearsal, and manage 8–10 hours of coverage on the day itself.
- Can you work with our existing vendors?
- Absolutely. We'll review contracts, fold your team into the master timeline, and take over communication so you're not answering vendor emails in the weeks before your wedding.
- Do you help with rentals?
- Yes — we source and coordinate rentals through trusted Southern Oregon partners and can style everything from tabletop details to full tent builds.
- Do you manage the rehearsal?
- We run a one-hour rehearsal for your wedding party, walk everyone through processional and recessional, and brief your officiant and readers on cues.
- Do you travel for destination weddings?
- Yes. We regularly plan across Oregon and Washington, and we're happy to discuss destinations in the wider Pacific Northwest.
