Intimate Fundraisers That Build Real Relationships
Donor dinners, cultivation gatherings, and smaller-scale fundraisers designed to deepen the relationships that fund your mission.

Smaller room, deeper impact
The best cultivation events feel like being invited into someone's home — warm, intentional, and low-pressure. We plan intimate donor dinners, house parties, and small fundraisers that build the relationships your mission runs on.
We handle the venue, the menu, the program moment, and the follow-up materials — so your executive director and development team get to be fully present with the donors in the room.
Every event is scaled to your organization: 8 people around a private-home dinner table, 30 people at a curated wine tasting, or 60 people at a themed cultivation reception.
Every detail, held for you.

Good questions, honest answers.
- What's the difference between a gala and a cultivation event?
- Galas are large, program-heavy nights with an ask. Cultivation events are smaller, relationship-focused gatherings that make future asks possible.
- Can you host at a board member's home?
- Yes — private-home cultivation events are one of our favorite formats. We handle catering, styling, rentals, and setup so the host doesn't lift a finger.
- Do you help draft the program moment?
- We help shape the arc — how introductions, the mission moment, and any ask flow — and brief your ED or speaker so the moment lands.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon — Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley — and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors — we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
