Fundraising Events That Move the Room
Galas, auctions, and mission-driven fundraisers planned end to end — because the room's mood determines what happens on the paddle.

A gala designed to raise what you need
The best galas don't just happen — they're built moment by moment to bring the room into the mission. We plan non-profit galas, annual dinners, and fundraisers where the design, the program, and the paddle-raise all reinforce the same story.
We work closely with development directors, executive directors, and event committees to shape the arc of the evening: how guests are welcomed, when the mission moment lands, how sponsors are recognized, and how the ask is framed.
Every gala we run comes with a detailed run of show, volunteer briefings, sponsor recognition plan, and on-site coordination from load-in through the last thank-you note.
Every detail, held for you.

Good questions, honest answers.
- How far in advance should we book gala planning?
- 6–12 months out is ideal for annual signature events. We can move faster for smaller fundraisers and cultivation dinners.
- Do you work with our development team and event committee?
- Yes — we're built to integrate with your team, not replace them. We handle the logistics and design so your team can focus on donor cultivation.
- Can you coordinate the auctioneer, AV, and paddle-raise?
- Yes. All of it — auctioneer sourcing, AV, staging, paddle-raise cueing, and the timing of the ask.
- Do you offer non-profit pricing?
- We do. Reach out and we'll share our non-profit rate structure.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon — Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley — and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors — we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
