- Anywhere from an intimate 6-person dinner to a 40-person long-table evening.
- Can you source a private chef?
- Yes — we work with a bench of Southern Oregon private chefs and caterers, and we'll match you to the right fit for your menu and guest count.
- Can you plan a private dinner in our home?
- Absolutely. Many of our favorite private dinners happen at home. We bring the rentals, styling, and service crew so the space is ready and cleaned up gently.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon — Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley — and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors — we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
