- Can you plan a couples shower?
- Absolutely. Couples showers with dinner, cocktails, and toasts are one of our favorite formats.
- Do you provide the balloon garlands and backdrops?
- Yes — we design and install the balloon garlands, backdrops, and dessert-table styling ourselves so the aesthetic stays cohesive.
- How early should we book?
- 6–8 weeks is typical. For peak spring and summer weekends in Southern Oregon we recommend booking earlier.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon — Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley — and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors — we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
